Counter Staff
Shifts: Hours vary between these time frames, full and part time
Opener: 6am to 2pm, (4-to-8-hour shifts)
Mid: start 8am to 5pm, (4-to-8-hour shifts)
Closer: 11:30am to 7:30pm, (4-to-8-hour shifts)
Essential Functions:
- Ability to communicate well with and be understood by Customers and others
- Waiting on Customers
- Filling Customer Orders
- Knowledge of all breads and ingredients
- Moving bakery products from cooling racks to allow space for bakers
- Packaging and slicing bakery products
- Displaying bakery products properly for the customers
- Make sure all signage is correct
- Keep entire customer area clean and organized
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Working scheduled shifts (or finding approved replacement)
- Present themselves in professional approved manner
- Maintain sanitary food handling techniques and food safety knowledge
- Keep all supplies stocked
